uTOK provides a way of exchanging information about websites between users quickly using a news-group style forum. uTOK is installed on your computer in a similar way to programs like ICQ. You must then register with the manufacturer in order to add you to the network of users and obtain your user number. Any user can post information about websites and make this information available to others, thus enabling users to locate good sites quickly and easily. At the moment, the number of users is small which limits the effectively of the service.
