This screensaver shows simulated system crash in a continuous loop. Blue Screen Screensaver is Microsoft taking the mickey out of themselves. Depending on the operating system installed, the Blue Screen Screensaver shows a different screensaver simulating a system crash and a subsequent endless boot process. The degree of reality is so good that it is tough to spot that it’s a fake! Before you can use the screensaver on Win 9x computers copy the file \winnt\system32\ntoskrnl.exe to a Win-2000. Then copy SysInternals Bluescreen.scr to your Windows/system32 folder and select as screensaver.
